Aamir said, 'Diet plan is very important in changing the body shape. No matter how much you exercise, if your diet is not right then you will not get results.
The actor said, 'When I used to eat 25 grams of upma, 100 grams of papaya, protein shake, and a tuna sandwich while trying to lose weight. For lunch, I have to eat only 30 grams of grain bread. It is only after following this diet that I was able to transform my body from fat to fit within a certain number of months.

Aamir Khan told that when he had to gain weight for the film 'Dangal' when he had to eat junk food, which he had never even thought of eating. He told that during that time he ate ice cream, cakes, brownies, vada pav, and samosas.
